I’d guess that since these W-2’s are fraudulent on their face, that most or all of them also fraudulently claim a spouse, lots of kids and other allowable dependents - meaning that little or zero income tax is with-held from the paycheck of the illegal alien, with only low or minimum wage FICA and Medicare remittances to the treasury.
Exactly. You shouldn't be allowed to profit off of criminal activity. The illegals are knowingly committing many crimes - including, obviously, fraud and identity theft. There also has to be something about lying to the federal government.
Of course, nothing is done because the IRS is worse than a prostitute and doesn't care where the money is coming from - just keep it coming.
You’ve got congressmen who think it would be “wrong” not to let the people who “worked” for that money collect “their fair share” of what they contributed even though they deliberately deposited it into someone else’s account.
