Unfortunately, we the people are facing two enemies. We are not only being attacked by a foreign invader, but those invaders are being aided and abetted by our elected officials.

Our laws need to be applied NOW!!!!

If Banks "couldn't make a profit" unless they counterfeited money, would congress pass a bill to help them?

Maybe Kennedy could propose a bill -- banks can counterfeit, but after 10 years they have to pay 5% back?

I got a better one I’ll quit paying income tax and five years from now I’ll give the IRS $5000 and call it even.

What do you suppose would happen if we started migrating to Mexico, setting fires and shooting at federales? Right. That’s why our military should be sent to man the borders and shoot trespassers. Don’t give them time to start fires. Their cold, dead bodies would serve as deterrents for the next wave, too.

Don't build a wall to keep those neo-Americanos out of the promised land!

Dig a moat. Fill it with alligators and sharks that way it would make their entry into the promised land more challenging.

Sort of a Reality Show. It could be filmed and watched every night at 8:00 PM during ABC's family hour.

Mr. President??? Are you hearing this??? Are you paying attention?

....*crickets*....

Mr. President is under the illusion that by giving the Illegals a path to citizenship it will greatly eliminate their need to sneak into our country.

Mr. President is delusional..

I’ve suspected that the drug runners are a bigger issue with this issue before, but I got called a nut job - but more and more it seems like the drug lords own the borders.

People wonder why Bush won’t close the borders, plave the military along them, and build the wall...it’s because I suspect it will trigger an all out war by the drug runners, it would be revealed how deep the drug lords have taken over the Mexican government and military when Mexican forces fight alongside drug runners, and the political pressure is brought to bear on Washington when the drug money bribes dry up (or is threatened).

Oh, and imagine if the drug runners and drug lords tell their people here in the country, along with the M13 and other assorted gangs, to start causing trouble in the inner cities to deflect from the warfare along the border.

I’m not saying it’s so, but the drug angle is the 8000000 lb white elephant in the room. I seriously wonder how much it influences Washington’s decisions in these matters. Billions of dollars are flowing across the Southern border into the hands of the drug lords, that money has to go somewhere, they’re not just stuffing them into coffee cans and burying them in the backyard. The drugs flow, no matter what, and their attacks along the border are ignored and our agents threatened with life sentences if they pursue or shoot back.

Maybe I’m crazy, but I think there’s more to this than we know.

No landmines. Napalm.

And start with Tijuana and don't stop 'til you hit Isla Mujeres.

Illegal drug profits fuel our economy. All that money must eventually flow into 'legal' enterprise.

I have no doubt that's what finances the large mansions in Florida and elsewhere. Further, I have no doubt that drug money flows into the campaign coffers of our elite political class.

That being said, there must be a mechanism for dumping about 75% of that elite political class who have been seriously compromised and stained by the drug largesse.

That being said, and everyone here knows this, these borders MUST be sealed (like a Gore lockbox), a moratorium on ALL immigration and ALL illegals deported ASAP.

The only way this will happen is if we get a strong leader who isn't afraid to move boldly. He'll have 75% of the America people behind him. The other 25% can join the deportation queue if they wish.
