NASCAR just screwed the pooch on that lawsuit with this move.
They are suing AT&T for $100 million for REBRANDING the 31 car after AT&T bought out Cingular. Then they turn around and REBRAND the series after Sprint bought out Nextel.
No way NASCAR wins the lawsuit after that.
ATT needs to buy out Sprint and tell Boy France (i like that title) to kiss their butt and I agree with you on the renaming the series from Nextel to Sprint and it’s effect on the lawsuit...
