I am from MS. I know what the word “Democrat” means for citizens who live in jurisdictions run by them— and it isn’t good. Take a look at what democratic leadership has done for the following cities: Jackson, Baton Rouge, Memphis, New Orleans, and Birmingham. Not only some of the smallest economic growth figures in a time when the country is doing quite well, but those cities are also all ranked in the top 15 for worst crime-ridden in the country.

You may have it wrong. From what I gleen, its impossible to tell whether they're Democrats because they're dysfunctional or dysfunctional because they're Democrats.
