But won't.
Two tragedies here — a soldier missing; a grieving wife facing deportation.
TOTAL lack of common sense in government.
A slap in the face of a man who risked death and torture for this country.
They go after the ones who are trying to do the right thing and leave the law breakers. What a farce the Immigration Laws are. Dear Lord, we’re in trouble...
Prayers up!
What a slap in the face it would b to this man if it happens.
I personaly wouldn’t hold him accountable for his actions at that point.
NOw that is stupidity at its finest. There are illegal aliens that are not following the rules allowed to stay, and a wife of a soldier who is trying to follow the rules being deported? Can they not figure out who would make a better citizen?
Where are all the ‘compassionate’ Senators helping this lady instead of falling all over their swords to aid bootleg ‘citizens’?
It’s not the laws, it’s their administration.
“Yaderlin had illegally entered...”
Law-breaker...deport...being consistent
I wonder how they met, and if it was in the US if he even knew she was illegal when he married her
Sorry, I know people mean well, but we cannot change the law or our position on illegals just because she’s married to a military person. If we do, we’ll create more situations for places for illegal immigrants to sneak in.
I pray for his safe return, but I don’t blame the government for doing what we are demanding that we do. Deport illegal immigrants.
I am sending this story to my Senators, Jeff Sessions and Richard Shelby. Then I am sending it to the White House and RNC. Then to my representatives. They need to see why we are so frustrated with this stupid new amnesty bill.
So if you’re here illegally marry a soldier and all is forgiven?
This sounds a little contrived. I bet the WH would like this case to be the poster boy for comprehensive immigration reform. Chertoff must love it.
She didn't follow the rules, she came here illegally and then married a soldier. Do you believe that an illegal alien who marries a soldier should have automatic amnesty.
I know we sometimes think it, but government employees are not a bunch of robots.
I think she will get the hardship waiver.
This “stupid new anmensty bill” will fix this case immediately. The WH must love the fact that you are going after Sessions to fix this.
The chances are unfortunately good that Army Spec. Alex Jimenez gave his life in service to our country. In my personal opinion, we should allow his wife to stay in honor of his sacrifice.
