If he “has one with his name on it” this time is he still a victim?

If someones kid who worships him gets shot because of his threats of fighting to the death is it the officers fault?

I can't speak for what Weaver is doing now. He was not a hero to folks like me back then, he was a victim.

...and what gets a lot of folks like you with their panties all in a wad is that he was acquited. He was not guilty of those deaths...and then to punctuate that fact, the government settled with him over those same deaths.

What happened to he and his family back then was a travesty when it happened...and it is a travesty to this day, irrespective of what he may be involved with now.
