My point is that just being in a city which claims to be gay-friendly is not about to corrupt you or your kids and making silly statements about avoiding an entire city based on some minor official decree is more than a little foolish.

You could spend weeks enjoying the sights and sounds of a new city and a different culture without ever coming into contact with anything which would change your life or your world view.

Get a grip.
