How do you derive meat from a sheep? Arent they already MADE out of meat? That's a common misconception. Before you can get mutton or lamb out of a sheep, you must first process it through a sheep extruder.

I thought it was a magical process just like transfiguring cows into beef and pigs into pork.

Also, lamb meat from the first pressing of the sheep extruder, known as “extra virgin” is generally of the highest quality. Extra virgin lamb meat is also known as the “chops,” with lamb “chops” typically fetching a premium price at the market.
