There is a relationship between Houston law firm Bracewell/Guiliani and the TTC (Perry).
There was also a rumor of a Perry VP possibility.

My answer to Kelo and the TTC is a constitutional amendment that unequivocally declares that "raising revenue" is not a legitimate function of any element of government (local to federal -- including schools).
