Boehner didn’t seem to do well on that day — I remember seeing some of it.

But the House Republicans have been rather effective at tying up the Rats since. I assume Boehner played a role in this. In any case, there was some leadership there, from someone.

Nothing unites House Republicans like the feeling that the Rats are arrogantly out of control and treating them like dirt. I think we’ll continue to see good performance from our side in the House, and this will help to recruit more good challengers in Rat districts.

I hope you’re right, because my confidence has been shaken about as badly as I can remember. If this shamnesty isn’t stopped, we’re going to see the mother of all blowbacks against the party next year (save perhaps against those with the cajones to prominently oppose what’s going on).
