MARINE CORPS AIR STATION MIRAMAR, Calif. – Women have made major advancements during their 64 years in the Corps from their beginnings during World War II. The Women Marines Association tries to uphold the traditions created during that time but the local San Diego Chapter is in need of the younger active duty members.
