But, check with Google earth to see how accurate maps really are.
In my neighborhood most address searches show up two houses to the west from where they really are.

That’s not bad. When I was working for a living I drew maps of the county. They were plus or minus 20 feet, which is typical for a small region. For the whole planet? 200 feet is remarkable.
