The executive summary is they are still quibbling about where exactly the center of the earth is which is connected to uncertainty in measuring any change in sea level etc.

This is important. But, check with Google earth to see how accurate maps really are. Also, check to see if they have adopted the 1866 Clarke spheroid yet.

Hmm.

If we apply their measurements of sea level change (+.12 per year)we see that sea level will rise 12 inches in the next hundred years.

Scary isn’t it.

A new NASA-developed technique estimates Earth's center of mass to within 1 millimeter (.04 inches) a year by using a combination of four space-based techniques.
