I don’t know that he ever said it was not his but he would not say that is was before this.

He also stated that the gun was mixed up in briefcase moving between three cars. That does point to his not knowing where is gun is which is negligence.

Really? Locked cars? With alarm systems? Perhaps located in secure parking lots? With video surveillance? Perhaps safer in all three instances than the inside of my house?

The problem with our unConstitutional anti-gun laws is that they are intended to either disarm us or make us guilty of crimes. Seems to be working, doesn't it?

It's not like any of us believe that the anti-gun Senators like Feinstein or Kennedy are disarmed. It's the law that is wrong, not Senator Webb. He may be guilty of other misbehavior, but I am not going to condemn him for keeping and bearing arms, nor for avoiding having to directly confront the DC law, nor for having maintained a prudent silence during a time when speaking out would have incriminated him without helping his aide.

If he votes anti-gun, I will heat the tar while you get the feathers.
