Very clever. Now do you have any quotations of Webb which support that he knew the gun that the aid possessed was his and which indicate WHEN he KNEW that with sufficient certainty to admit to a felony?
And can you quote Webb saying anything that comes close to "I don't know where my gun was when my aid came into possession of it".
There does seem to be evidence that Webb violated an unConstitutional law. And that his aide unknowingly violated that same law. I see no evidence whatever that the aide would have been served a bit by Webb saying anything in addition to what he did say.
The fact that YOU would admit to a felony in a case in which it would do absolutely no good to a friend of yours, is something you seem proud of. I can't figure out why.
