In my experience what you say is only true to a certain extent. Pretty much every guy I know who has been called a nice guy has been friended pretty brutally by a girl he really liked. Meanwhile those same girls will date guys who are well known for not treating girls very nicely, or that they feel is more of a challenge to get to treat them nicely.

For the msot part what you said is true. There are a good number of women who say that they want a 'nice guy,' but with their actions state the complete inverse. At times being a nice guy is a fast and easy way to hurtville. For instance once I bloomed (for some reason i underwent a metamorphosis in early college that changed me from the ultra-nerd i was in highschool to being quite popular with the ladies ....that came out badly LOL), anyways ....once i bloomed in college, it took a LOT OF EFFORT not to be chronically angry. For a while i couldn't understand why the people who wouldn't even talk to me in highschool were now burning my phone down.
