I am going out on a limb here and say that I think people who own snakes for pets are sick individuals. And the reason they own them is because they enjoy watching their pets swallow other live creatures whole.

I was at Petco one day watching the mice frolic in their case. There was a woman standing next to me and I said “aren’t they cute”. She agreed and then I said “can you understand how people can buy them to feed their snakes?” There was a muffled response from her and later I saw her getting a mouse while trying to hide it from me. Sick b*tch!

Visited Midwest Reptile in Ft. Wayne years ago. In one room the old lady had a 15-foot boa. She was feeding him rabbits and chickens.
