Every once in a long, long while something decent happens. Nifong behaved like a 16th century inquisitor and deserves his fate. Good riddens.
lawyers out there.....why didn't a JUDGE stop Nifong in his tracks as he was prancing his way thru the indictment?......he obviously kept telling the judge in court that he had supplied ALL the info and yet he kept coming back weeks later with stuff he "forgot" to turn over....
and the line-up....that has got to be totally illegally and unethical and it did IIRC violate the cops own guidelines....
I think the judges should be reprimanded in some way.....
if this can happen to good looking rich young man going to Duke, what do you think happens to the poor white men picking up garbage for a living?...its frightening what people like Nifong could do...
