Just went and saw Fantastic Four 2 (Rise of the Silver Surfer) last night. Great flick, highly recommend it.
Stan Lee was heavily involved with it (the original storyline was his). Amusingly the news station that appeared at the beginning of the movie was Fox (not CNN). There were also several other items that made my wife and I laugh (subtle jabs at the clintons).
Maybe there is a small chink in her armor. Let her take care of Obama, and maybe her former allies will take care of her.
I will write a separate post about this. A major lawsuit was filed on Friday or will be filed on Monday morning against Stan Lee by the newly reorganized Stan Lee Media. You will be amazed.
The bankruptcy court gave Lee the specific authority to remove several properties from the bankruptcy free and clear to develop them for the benefit of the stockholders and creditors. He signed the agreement and was supposed to transfer them to a specific company -— SLC LLC for that purpose. The company was never formed by him. A few months before the dismissal in late 2006, the debtor in possession, Junko Kobayashi, signed documents without court approval or knowledge giving title to those properties to QED Productions, a subsidiary of Stan’s new company, POW! Entertainment. I have seen copies of the documents. This is much more than just a civil matter. There is real trouble here for those involved.
