Seeing the way he prosecuted the case he must have done the dance many time before. It would be interesting to review research on pass cases with similar wrong doings. This time he was challenged.

You can bet your bottom dollar that every thug who can afford an attorney will be filing appeal after appeal after appeal. All of them will cite Nifongs hideous misconduct in this case as a basis.

The Courts will have no choice but to allow them.

Normally I'm not a big fan of 'making example' punishments, but in this case it must be done. Every prosecutor from coast to coast simply has to be shown that if they try to railroad an innocent defendant and they get caught the penalties will be sure, swift, and sever.

Prosecutors have an immense amount of power and they must be shown that if they do not faithfully execute their duties they'll come to a very, very bad end.

Nifong must be disbarred, sued civilly until he's ruined, and then cast into a very dark prison for a very, very long time.

There simply is no other choice.
