The President has never promoted total conservative views and I do not see he has been in consistent with what he has said over the last 7 years, if they do not agree with your views that is a different thing.

She turns on a dime! Damn, that Kool-Aide sure helps you do amazing political acrobatics!

There is ONE way the idiot Repubs can garner support for this giveaway of our country. Since “paying back taxes” was stripped from the language, it should be reinserted into the bill as a tax refund of 5 years worth for ALL Americans who have paid taxes. I personally would not like it but I am sure many would.

"One issue looses you - one wonders how you survive in daily life which has to be full of give and take if not compromise."

Well sure it's just "one issue". The issue at hand deals with radically changing America as we know it, and changing it for the worst. I'm sorry for you if you don't understand why someone wouldn't be willing to "compromise" on such a matter.

There are some things you just don't yield to, and breaking the laws of the land is one of them...for me, at least.

Further, the "give and take" in my personal life does not impinge on the rights of others...illegal immigration does. Finally, the give and take I engage in on a daily basis does not break the law. Hopefully, you can see the difference.

"America's soul has been gasping for survival for ages. This has nothing to do with Mr. Bush's "backlash" bogeyman -- which, frankly, sounds like another slap at Americans who want U.S. sovereignty upheld. Maybe Mr. Bush is just being emotional. But it's clear where his emotions lie, and it's not with conservatives. And I don't think they stop at the border, either."

Guys this is to give Hillary the presidency, divide the party and get republicans to not show up for elections.

Vote Ron Paul if you are really mad about this. They don’t want him in, and BUSH doesn’t care. Bush is trying to do something so he can implement MARTIAL LAW. He wins either way.

Congress needs to stop all lawmaking and impeach BUSH.

Guess maybe the rabid Bush haters might want to take a look at this. Seems the country hates your side just as much.

Bush actually has a higher approval rating then Congress.

The year of bad feelings, and not just toward the GOP

With bush's love for hispaic illegals, he would wear the name 'Jorge' as a badge of honor.

And by the way, if you noticed how I shrunk the font on his last name, yes that was an attempt on my part at 'dreadul disrectpfulness' for his last name.

Why bother snugs with such a story, gpapa? She likes it when illegals enter our precious country, so she’d be ecstatic to know that these same illegals are now entering our own homes while we are away at work.

"I see sickness here -- imminent barfing.

President Bush did barf after this amnesty bill failed a 2nd time. He was in Europe. After he barfed, he told Putin where to go and the Kyoto Treaty people where they also can go. Let's help him barf again!

Oh, and bring up this bill for a vote when he is in some other country again.

His family history from the time of this countrys founding has more to do with it than anything else.

They have fought to stop us from becoming an independant nation and to see it’s destruction and elimination ever since.

He was raised to be a One World Socialist.
