the place is called Guachos, the waiters bring grilled meats on skewers to your table you cut a hunk off it, usually grilled beef,rack of lamb,pineapple(why?)chicken, ect. kinda pricy but it is real good I try to go once a year.

There is a place just like this on Westheimer Rd in Houston, TX. You get a 2 colored coupon and when you switch it to green on your table people show up out of the woodwork with skewered meats and you can eat till you drop.

And they know how to cook meats down in Houston, TX.

Is it Brazilian? We used to have a place similar here in Denver—called The Rodizio Grill. They would bring to your table all kinds of meats throughout your visit plus they had a really good salad bar with all sorts of unusual stuff. It may still be open—it was in the heart of downtown. They tried to open one in the south part of town but that one closed down. It was kind of pricey, but if you went at lunch it wasn’t too bad.
