I think he wants a global organization of super governments.
I think he’d rather have reduced liberties for people in exchange for the benefits of open trading zones.
His prosecution of the Iraq war, I think, is to establish more “Order” in the “new world”. I think the Iraq war has more to do with “Order” than it has to do with merely protecting America.
I would NOT be saying this, I think, if the whole border issue were not so important to him. The tri-national unity issue is also a part of this striving for more “Order”.
