That sounds like a story for Nancy Gracecutie.

I used to be a huge Sinatra fan, but Dine eclipsed him in my mind. Sinatra’s ‘My Way’ is almost self-parody. I prefer Elvis’s ‘My Way’ by a wide margin. Comes across as sincere and heartfelt when The King sings it.
“New York, New York’ is one of the most overrated songs ever. Just awful.
That being said, I still like a lot of Sinatra’s work.

And now, the end is here
And so I face the final curtain
My friend, I’ll say it clear
I’ll state my case, of which I’m certain
I’ve lived a life that’s full
I traveled each and ev’ry highway
And more, much more than this, I did it my way
Regrets, I’ve had a few
But then again, too few to mention
I did what I had to do and saw it through without exemption
I planned each charted course, each careful step along the byway
And more, much more than this, I did it my way

It’s a sad song, appropo for the departure of the true “King” of talk radio, maybe a true Savage sign-off, who knows!

Just don’t hurt yourself.
You need to be an expert if you’re gonna go on a shooting party.

I told Rock earlier that I was looking for fun mini trips to go on this summer. Looked at Dodge City in Kansas—they’ve got some Old West things there to see. Checked out Garden City, KS along the way. Come to find out from some different websites that Garden City is 50% Hispanic and Dodge City is is 40%+. Guess what they both have in town—meat packing plants. The locals are being overrun. They were complaining about the gangs and the crime and how they drive without insurance etc. The cops are told to look the other way. This is in Kansas—small town America.

I don’t think I’ve met you Chucktallica—nice to have on the Savage Nation thread.

You’re right, the crimaliens have spread their “culture” all over America and it’s not just the South West’s problem anymore. This monster will affect us all no matter where we live.
Guest Worker Jorge Bush has finally revealed his true nature.

I am. You got me. A thousand lashes with a wet noodle for me.
Or maybe you’ll ship me off to a Weiner re-education camp?
Enjoy your thread. :o)

It’s still open. I was just there a couple months ago—though it’s getting pricey. The Rodizio here in SLC is more economical.
Mothing beats the Rodizios in Argentina, though. Best damn beef in the world.

This is the video/audio of the Brian Lamb Savage email reads, it starts 10 minutes into the program and is intermixed throughout the 1st hour or so if you can handle Lamb for that long.
