That’s the reason we have laws — we can’t depend on how a person feels at any given moment, compassion or intolerate, etc., as to how citizens are treated or how we treat each other.
When laws are enforced on an inconsistent basis or ignored all together when elected officials and judges feel like it, the whole system is worthless
