The seven-year Iran-Contra pursuit of Reagan et al by Walsh, the romantic gushing over Ortega by Kerry and Harkin et al--she remarks:

I came to understand that Daniel Ortega’s actions put in question his ethical character and personal honesty. This is something my fellow workers emphasized. For the first time I started to have a crisis of conscience.

In 1987 I came to understand the two faces of the Revolution. The first was that face mystical and mythic which was projected to the membership through political education. The second face was the reality of the practices of power from the state institutions which manifested corruption and dishonest acts that had nothing to do with what was being preached to the Sandinista masses.

All the inconsistencies observed in the Ministry of Foreign Relations brought me to review my own surroundings, and I understood that many of the criticisms I heard had to do with my family. This prompted me to critically examine everything in my life. I discovered that the Revolution was not perfect.

The left creates current nightmares on a par with that of Winston and Julia chronicled by Eric Blair/George Orwell.

On top of the 100 million murdered per The Black Book of Communism, there are millions of evil landscapes created in the darkness rationalized by dogma.

We continue to fight for the light, the right of the individual which comes from the Creator.

The romanticizing of the Daniel Ortegas, Mao Tse-tungs, Che Guevaras et al shall always be met by iconoclasts who rip the mask, reveal the monster.
