Graham reportedly has been dating MSNBC pundit Laura Ingraham, known for her sharp mind and short skirts. He's 43, a Baptist, a lawyer and a former Air Force prosecutor. Though he looked to the nation like a seasoned veteran of political fights, he is relatively new to Congress, elected in the 1994 GOP Contract With America landslide. His aggressive impeachment-trial demeanor notwithstanding, Graham is a man who weighs facts. He once told The New York Times he thought the president should have talked plainly to the country on the Lewinsky matter. Of course, had Clinton done so, we might never have met Graham.
