Laura interviewed Tony Snow in the last hour of her show. In fact, she devoted the whole hour to illegal immigration. After her no holds barred interview with Tony (she wiped the floor with him!), she took phone calls and read emails that were generated in reaction to the interview.
This is MUST HEAR RADIO!!!

Tony Snow was an amnesty/open borders zealot before he ever got the job. He’s not carrying water, he’s using the job as a bully pulpit for his own long held views.
To quote almost verbatim from one of his shows: “Wouldn’t you rather pay $40,000 for your home remodel than $50,000?”, or to reprint from one of his columns “Immigration is not the pox neo-Know Nothings make it out to be”.
Tony is a great fit for this job. As heard today on Ingraham, he is skilled at extracting a partial truth to argue for the fallacious whole, like “over a million were apprehended last year”, leaving out the 3-4 million that got here unimpeded, or the 600,000 adjudicated deportees who are still allowed to roam around the US. Or that the fence is not 11 but 76 miles (wherever that new number came from - it must include the single strand barbed wire section), neglecting the fact that by law the President was obligated last year to build 800 miles.
After this job is over, Tony will make a great biographer (hagiographer?) for George Bush. I wonder if the title will be in Spanish.
Still posting the “report card” that lumps in legal immigration with illegal immigration?
Fred Thompson voted against general amnesty, against welfare for illegals, and to improve border security.
Ping so that I can find this at 2PM CST.
Tony gets it.....He’s just a very good professional Liar.
Me too. ;-) Oh, wait, we're not talking about the same thing, are we?
La Raza and the Democrats will be more than willing to pay any and all phony fines.
This bill has ONE purpose - TO DESTROY THE CONSERVATIVE MOVEMENT !
Period !
Laura left some marks on Tony Snow.
He voted for LEGAL immigration.
LOL...hardly!
The reason they are pushing now is because of the Democrats in contol of both houses. It’s more likely to get passed, if ever.
Do you have a link to that? She talks about him like he’s a stranger.
Seriously? Way to go Fred....
Reagan had to work with a Dem Congress with powerful leadership. Bush squandered his Republican Congress and refused to work with fellow Republicans when they told him to secure the borders first.
Because Bush tries to do SOMETHING, he is a bad guy.
All Bush has to do is to stand up and say that from this day forward, America will secure her borders and enforce our current immigration laws. And then do it!
Instead he comes up with this convoluted amnesty plan, that only 20% of Americans want passed - Rasmussen Reports June 13, 2007.
It really is just that simple!
I'm sure it gags him.
If he “hit that” I’d have to give him even more kudos!
“There are only two mysteries in the universe...women, and George Bush’s immigration stance.” (John Ziegler, KFI radio host.)
Tom Tancredo or Duncan Hunter for President.
Voted in 1996 to continue chain migrationSen. Fred Thompson in 1996 voted against the Simpson Amendment to S.1664. It was a vote in favor of a chain migration system that has been the primary reason for annual immigration levels snowballing from less than 300,000 in 1965 to around a million. Sen. Thompson supported provisions that allow immigrants to send for their adult relatives. Then each of those relatives can send for their and their spouse's adult relatives, creating a never-ending and ever-growing chain. The bi-partisan Barbara Jordan Commission recommended doing away with the adult relative categories (begun only in the 1950s) in order to lessen wage depression among lower-paid American workers. The Simpson Amendment attempted to carry out that recommendation. But Sen. Thompson helped kill the reform by voting with the 80-20 majority against the amendment. Sen. Thompson's vote helped continue a level of immigration that the Census Bureau projects will result in a doubled U.S. population in the next century.See detailed description

Elect Duncan Hunter or Tom Tancredo as president.
Border Bots?
LOL
You mean 71% of the general population?
Nice try at trying to marginalize the majority of the population of voting aged people.
It’s just reached critical mass....with 20+ million illegals now in country...filling up our schools, prisons and hospitals.
