He didn’t even get to the lack of enforcement against those who decide to not even bother with the zvisa. Since I think that is over 50% of the illegals, now you will have illegals who are made legal (who will never pat the fine), Plus illegals who won’t even bother to get a zvisa and will therefore be “Illegal Illegals!!”
Wow, I just made a funny. Actually they would be Defacto Legal Illegal Illegals - (illegal when they crossed the border, double illegal when they ignore the zvisa, but defacto legal because of the zvisa umbrella).
