No. I haven't. I guess I better do that now.
And you put this stuff in your mouth? and in your kids mouths?,
Yes. Only in mine. I don't have anyone else to poison. LOL!
Got the emergency number for the poison control center posted by your phone?
Uh oh, I guess I better do that too. ;o)
Seriously, I had NO clue, but I'm certainly going to find out now. What do you use to brush your teeth? I use baking soda sometimes. I wonder if that's bad for them too?
Lehman’s has always carried it -
http://www.lehmans.com/jump.jsp?itemType=PRODUCT&itemID=6158
and here’s a couple links to more - (I find tooth powder makes my teeth feel cleaner that any pastes or gels...and pastes and gels contain the carrageen simply for a binding agent - has no cleaning properties. Maybe that’s why powders seem to clean better? they just have the cleaning agents in them)
I really like Thom’s of Maine’s - or any other - toothpaste that have myrrh in them - there’s a reason myrrh was including as one of the Magi’s gifts, equated in value with frankincense and gold. It’s an excellent antibacterial agent. (Did you read that warning on your toothpaste tube yet?) ;o)
I’ve posted my toothpowder recipe on other threads. If anyone wants me to post it, freepmail me.
It tastes good, is very cheap, and polishes teeth nicely.
