This is just “triggers” with talk about funding so they can institute Z Visas “now.”

No resolution to the status of the illegals already in this country, from mass deportation to amnesty to anything in-between, will work until we have border security in place, sanctions against those who hire illegals, and the sunsetting of government bennies for illegals.
Once those are in place, we can see if any of the illegals still remaining are worth keeping here - they will not be here for the bennies, so we can see if they should be legalized but with a very arduous path to citizenship - one that does not encourage more illegals to come here to await the next amnesty.
