Why would anyone want to burden themselves with seven children? I do not understand. I have two and that is freakin work. God bless vasectomies.

Yes, children are work. Lots of it. I have one and am now too old to have more. To my everlasting grief. I wanted more than seven.
I know lots of children are not for everyone but I have never once considered my kids a burden. They are a blessing. My in-laws have made comments to me similar to your post. My kids are so amazing, why would I not want to add more joy to our family? :o) I’ve asked them which one they would want me to give back. That usually stops the comments for awhile!

We recently got on the Dave Ramsey debt-free plan and I am on a very strict grocery budget right now. I always thought I did pretty good until we completely quick eating out all together. Right now I am enjoying all the cooking. I could live without all the dirty dishes though! LOL! I love trying new recipes and am using the in-laws as guinea pigs tomorrow morning for a sausage blueberry breakfast cake. Much better than a bowl of sugar cereal!! (not that I don’t love sugar cereal)
