This reference to "decency" is totally bizarre. The guy was involved in group sex ~ an orgy ~ with two underage young women who'd been provided drugs and alcohol thereby rendering them incapable of giving consent (something the law said the 15 year old couldn't give anyway).

I think the problem here is that the prosecutor simply failed to charge these thugs with everything. Maybe he got carried away with the pleas made by the 4 other thugs and forgot to tag this 5th guy "out" when he decided he wanted a trial.

The case is not really about oral sex ~ it's about serial rape and whether or not this society thinks that's a bad thing.

Him and a million other teens. Should we lock ‘em up too? What else should land folks in prison? How many millions more who pose no threat to the general community do we need to use tax dollars to lock up to satisfy the morals police and the Mike Nifongs of this world?
