I just copied, pasted and e-mailed myself that recipe. Not for every day, but it sounds delicious. I love bread pudding, I’m reasonably fond of Pina Coladas, and merging the two — genius. I would guess that the tricky part is keeping the temperature right so the pineapple juice doesn’t curdle the milk.
Let me know how it is! I got it from a friend who said it is wonderful, but here I am 6-7 months later and I still haven’t tried it.
