They want us to associate McD’s with nighttime. Odd, but probably effective. I notice Sonic Drive-ins are heavily promoting their “Sweeter after dark” campaign. I have no idea what they mean by that, I’ve never been to a Sonic. Could be that this is the summer of fast food places competing for the late night business.

With global warming, it is cooler after the sun goes down. They are looking for business during the cool of the night when more people go out.
