"Sort of nestled in there around Eastern Italy and what was Southern Yugoslavia."

Thanks Calvin. I had no idea. Now I can picture the general area.

The only reason they would send Bush there is for a Jolt treat. He must need it about now after that trip.

Albania was a really weird country. Playing cards were forbidden. A USAF jet landed there by mistake in the 1950s, and they still had a 24x7 guard around it into the 1980s.

I never thought about Albania, but a guy told me his family hosted a Yugoslavian exchange student, and when he paid a reciprocal visit, Albania was the butt of most jokes in Yugoslavia.

Oh, and, John Belushi's family was from Albania.
