A stupid suggestion doomed to fail from the same lack of enforcement as every other one. Once amnesty is given, there’s not more incentive to enforce the rest than their is today.
Also, no surrender to terrorists just because the can fool a few naive Americans into believing they’re part of a “civil war”.
