Putting someone who has no respect for the law under house arrest does no good, as they will abide by that order as well as they do other laws.<<<<<<<<<
LOL, years ago I supervised felons on electronic monitoring. I would get paged in the middle of the night if they left their designated space, and we’d have to go hunt them down (no GPS back then). One night we went out on a call and I decided to check on another person nearby who was also on monitoring. He practically had a line around the block of folks buying drugs/guns from his house. On his way to jail, he noted that he’d never realized how cool it was to work from home, much more relaxing than making deliveries.
