What is the point behind laws against drunk driving? Hmmm? Prevention? Because drunk driving is dangerous? She was given rules and did not comply.
She was given punishment. And complied with NONE of it. It then became apparent that she was not going to comply.

Agreed. She should be punished. But the taxpayers should not. Put her on home detention and fine her.
