Yep. The piece posted above will be a good link to add to my list of recent statements and decisions by our current leadership. It's highly interesting, given the timing of release along with the situation overseas.
Some of the support for dissemination of the USS Liberty conspiracy story comes from the American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee and other organizations like it. Quite a few Islamo-fascist sites host the same propaganda for distribution to discussion boards. The USS Liberty is a common topic for radical American Muslims and neo-Nazis.
Also, Friends of USS Liberty, Satellite Beach, FL,
signed a letter to Congress in support of the "US Campaign to End the Israeli Occupation" (pro-terrorist organization).
