Such a pity that these politicians get into office and often come to believe they are smarter and more important then those the represent.
Graham is simply one of many.
I do not believe he represents the feelings of the vast majority of the good folks from South Carolina.
I also am surprised that these fools aren’t physically assaulted more often then they are. Not that I’m advocating that or anything, I just know if someone beat the crap out of an assclown like Graham and I were on a sitting grand jury I wouldn’t vote to indict.
btttt dump this twinkie
That would make a great ad: extreme close-up of a Lindsey Graham puppet calling everyone bigots, must support the bill, etc., then pull away to show McKennedy with his hand in the puppet and a big fat smile.
Face it, Lindsey. You are NOT going to be VP.
“Republican Sens. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina and John McCain of Arizona both went to check with Mr. Kennedy before casting their votes to match his”
Thats the kiss of doom.
DC dope! Great term. Describes most of the leadership of both parties.
What ever happened to the not-quite-squabble about goober being in violation of Section 6 of Article 1 of the Constitution?
No Senator or Representative shall, during the time for which he was elected, be appointed to any civil office under the authority of the United States, which shall have been created, or the emoluments whereof shall have been increased during such time: and no person holding any office under the United States, shall be a member of either House during his continuance in office.
Yup, I totally am with you on that.
Thanks Raster for the ping....I rue the day I voted for that POS.
He’s history.
I’d love to see Govenor Sanford run against him!! He is poopular.
>> The formers of this nation came up with a six-year term for Senators, as contrasted with the two years for Congressmen, to encourage Senators to make thoughtful and difficult decisions through ensuring them against the sometimes
raging caprice of the mob. <<
That’s a load of crap. There was no “raging... mob;” The Senators were chosen by the state legislators, and the founding fathers wanted to minimize the legislature’s ability to pressure the Senators on specific issues, so Senators were made difficult to replace.
Does anyone have this for sale as a bumpersticker?????
I think Atilla has some made up....
DON’T VOTE AGINST A CHILD , RETURN South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham TO PRIVATE LIFE IN 08 http://blog.myspace.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=blog.view&friendID=176380584&blogID=294626204
