If Bush had signed the immigration bill that the House and Senate were attempting to pass then I would agree that his Presidency would be ultimately more of a disaster than Carter's. Thankfully, he hasn't had the opportunity to sign the bill. His term is not over yet though. I have stated previously, he either is dishonest or lacks wisdom/intelligence or both.

Is this immigration bill a travesty? You bet. But saying Bush is even in contention for “worst president” is like saying “I’m a breast man, so I think Ann Coulter is only slightly more attractive than Helen Thomas.”
