No, the debate is about whether or not we should grant amnesty to illegal aliens. Claiming that the illegal aliens who hijacked planes on 9/11 were once here legally does not bolster your argument at all.
No. It is about illegal immigration. Not just Mexican border jumpers.
Terrorism is a component of the argument, but not all of the argument, by any means. There are also a number of other legitimate concerns.
But terrorism is a legitimate concern as well. There are lots of good reasons to oppose illegal immigration.

Lets enforce our laws. All of them.
By the way, you seem to be saying that Mexicans who come here illegally are ok. There are many in jails and prisons in this country for the crimes they committed, many were violent crimes.
We do have laws for a reason.
That's only part of the debate. Another part is about those who don't leave when they are legally required to do so.
