Why?
Well, in my little neck of the world, we call hitting people assault. But, it doesn’t look like anyone was really hurt. I suppose this kind of thing is almost harmless in the genteel world of state senators. In the real world, when men fight, people are crippled and scarred for life. Violence isn’t the sanitized, bloodless entertainment as seen on TV.
I’m speaking from experience. Should we ever meet, you can see the scars on my cheeks, my oversized knuckles, dental appliances, etc etc. I’m damned good at violence and that led me to hate it.
