So don’t watch it.
Not even close.
The South Park discussion thread has been around for a couple of years, at least, and is a weekly occurrence.
Evidently, You've been out of touch..
See post 12 genius. Sheesh. Does anyone around here give a FReeper the benefit of the doubt?
I understand there are people so out of touch with popular culture as to not know about Family Guy or South Park and even easier to miss the generally conservative themes in South Park.
But how could Phillip Turner be so stupid as to write about them as if this a new situation without a quick search to find out they have been on the air for 9 and 11 years respectively.
And how did it his editor publish it?
I agree. And often the message is that Jesus is too easily taken for granted and/or ignored by too many of us.
Just sounds to me like the writer is wanting to give The Simpson's credit for South Park. IMHO, The Simpson's haven't been funny in years.
I don’t. I’m sure you don’t care either like=I don’t care what you watch. This was a statement. Nothing to get defensive about. It IS a choice and I made mine as you did yours.
Uhhh, because it is my right and I’m a member? Think?
Yeah, but they won’t take on the Zoroastrians.
Ah, “Because, that’s why”
Yeah, that arguement didnt get me anywhere in philosophy class either.
I asked a simple question. Why would you waste your time posting on something you already have a closed opinion about? That would be like walking in on a Star Wars movie marathon with dozens of people watching and yelling “Boring!”
Fine, you have an opinion. It just seemed like a waste of your time. I was wondering why you would go out of your way to post something so... curt. (And knowing full well it wasn’t in keeping with the other people in the discussion)
So, “Think?” Back atcha.
It is my right to post and voice my opinion. Bye.
