Lots of Lucre in False Claims of Abuse

Couple of co-workers went through this over the past decade. Key elements that got them through: Document *everything*, don’t stint on a lawyer, and pray the (ex-)wife goes overboard.

I don’t think the names of the accuser or the accused should be published until after a trial.

I think if you make a false accusation, you should be charged with a crime equally as serious as the one you falsely alleged.

Stuff like this is the basis for my increasingly strongly held belief that the majority of American women are poisonous snakes. Increasingly, living the single life looks better all the time.

But most of all we should cast the finger of blame on the Violence Against Women Act, the federal law that allows $65 million a year for the legal fees for women who claim to be victims of abuse, but not a red cent for those who are falsely accused.

Hell's Teeth, that isn't a law, that's granting a patent of nobility on the basis of gender. There really are two Americas after all.

My husband went through this with his Ex. Praise God, when she called the police the first time the incident took place in front of their neighbors, who all told the police it was she that was the agressor.

Since then she was given the kids, by a lovely Judge who didn’t care what CPS or the counselor said. After many suspicious things happenning to the kids, 4 boxes of documentation & 2 psych hospitals telling CPS they will hold the kids if she gets access to them. 4 years later we finally got them in March. She the day before the jury trial signed an agreement.

But it still hasn’t stopped. Since March her family has called CPS on us 2x and the police once. The police talked to my husband about the inconsistancies in the story they gave in the initial report. We’re still waiting on the CPS verdict.

No one will proceed against her or her family for the multiple false reports to various parties.

That’s wrong on so many levels.

Recently Vonderheide was expunged on many of the charges. And two weeks ago a jury in Lancaster County found Wendy Flanders guilty of making false statements to police officials. The punishment? A slap-on-the-wrist $250 fine and one year of probation.

I've been through this, and quite frankly, I'm amazed the bitch got the slap and paltry fine. I've never seen any consequences whatsoever to my ex's lies.

I wish there was a “Violence Against Children Act”

one thousand five hundred children die every year in the U.S. from abuse and neglect. Usually very young children.

But then children do not vote. So there is no need to spend 65 million dollars on them.

The liberals fems have taken over the justice system and made it into a joke. Rights for criminals, jackpot justice and the farce that is family court is what the thing has become.

More and more people are just getting disgusted with the court system.

Of course the liberal judges sit around give each other awards and wring their hands about the increasing public contempt.

Like they didn’t have anything to do with it, or something.

The result of all this is understandable public contempt for the court system. And when the court system is a contemptible organization that commands no respect, it is very hard for justice to happen.
