Only a complete fool would think so and a cop who would arrest a young child for this is beyond stupid.

Depends on what the toy gun looks like. Long story short group of boys running around at night with Airsoft pellet guns that look like M-16’s and etc. Somebody called the police, police took them down at gun point. Wasn’t sure if the cop was madder at the idiocy of the boys or the fact that he could have shot one if they hadn’t obeyed instantly. Trust me, at night you can’t tell a pellet gun from a real gun.
