You see very few Mexican Professionals, business persons or people with money coming to the US illegally, they have it good in Mexico and are doing fine, and have a poor lower class to be at their beck and call for a few pesos.
Their problem is the WOMB, the K reproduction strategy. That inevitably means malthusian war/disease/famine. Being catholic, “moral prudence”/family planning is verboten. Thus they breed like flies with nino/nina seeing the land of GOLD as the estados unitos on the TV.
I was in mexico/acapulco for 4 months(arch’l field trip)in 1970-71. Funny incident : in bar sipping cervesa and this guy next to me had an AF sargeant’s uniform on. First he brags about his 5 kids, then I asked him : how many airplanes in your fleet? Oh, 2 piper cubs, to patrol 500 miles of coastline...the whole mexican story in a nutshell...
