Supposedly a long history. Nothing I saw obvious on the web.

I told my wife a bit earlier, “there are going to be a LOT of people who know exactly who that is on the camera. The police already have his name.”
I’m wondering if the middle initial “R” is correct. In the people finding databases, it is someone with the middle initial “K” always listed in Olathe. The “R” one is listed in Wichita.
This is an older person, possibly the father. The reason I ask is that the Olathe one worked for Target.
Wonder what his juvenile record looks like.
