Move over, Roe v. Wade. The latest liberal judicial litmus test is whether the nominee is willing to repudiate the phrase "homosexual lifestyle." Believe it or not, that's one of the two raps against Leslie Southwick, whose nomination for the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals comes before the Senate Judiciary Committee today.

If you're not for sodomy, cross dressing and a sex change operation, to the Democrats, you're not a normal American. You're a freak.

Is he the one that a congressman protested against in Houston days ago, saying Bush should have never nominated someone like him who re-hired someone who had been hired “for using the n-word”? I bet that congressman still holds Jesse Jackson in high regard despite how Jesse admitted in a Life magazine interview back in ‘69 that as a restaurant employee he used to spit in caucasians’ food. And what about all the illegals who so often use the “g word” (gringo)...I bet that Congressman still pushes for amnesty as part of his vote-buying ploy. The hypocrisy’s getting pretty nauseating, isn’t it? Please ping me, if you remember, to let me know how things go for this potential 5th Circuit judge who is being assailed so heavily. And for all the pork-barreling GOP officials who helped us lose our hard-earned control of the Senate last November...I’ve got some GENUINELY offensive words in mind...

It’s about buying votes in a nonresponsive two-party system perpetuated by these DC insider crooks who exclude 3rd party candidates almost always: Debates.org .
